This company was sent to us by our home warranty companyThey fixed a part in our dishwasherThe piece was damaged when the dishwasher was put in our house - not by us, but by the builder (years ago)I'm guessing it got progressively worse and finally leaked into our basementWhen the guy came out I went to get my checkbook and the Shenandoah guy said "it's no charge because you've paid the one time charge"So, they didn't have the part they neededThey ordered it and came back a week laterThey fixed the machine, told me I didn't owe any money and then had the office call us saying we owed them $because the leak was caused by "human" errorThis is NOT at all what they told me when they were here to fix the machineOur warranty company told us it was NOT our responsibility to pay and Shenandoah Appliance P & E was trying to scam us out of $It's not the money that bothers me as much as the shake-down by the company My husband has been arguing with them for daysI would NOT recommend this company for any services
