I've used Shenandoah Home Improvements twice in the past 6 years - first for gutter replacements and more recently for roof replacement. Both times I was very pleased with the work done and the quality of the products. They don't take any shortcuts on the work and make sure that every inch of their work is installed properly and will withstand the elements.

We have been very pleased with this contractor's performance concerning a recent replacement roof which required a high amount of replacement boarding as well as rafter repair and rafter alignment. Communication throughout this project was top notch. The entire team was professional and worked on this roof as though it was their own home. They cleaned the job site throughout the day and especially when they left each evening. They worked diligently to complete this job from beginning to end. The contractor was very easy to work with and listened to our concerns before accepting the project providing excellent suggestions and solutions. The cost of the project was within range of what other roofing contractors submitted to us. It was a privilege for us to work with such a conscientious, professional, and friendly team of people.
