Nonverbal communication, lack of communication, not responding to communication, no follow upShenandoah closed a home over two months ago and repairs have not been completed. We had a pump in the road at first with the previous Construction manager that wouldn't return emails etc. once we closed on the townhome. But as soon as I spoke with [redacted], [redacted] called me within 30 mins to address the problems and [redacted] was looped in. It has been a pleasure working with these three men. All of the items that needed to be addressed before closing have now been resolved. They have worked quickly and professional to respond to emails and follow ups with the client and us. All involved couldn't be more happier than to have worked with these three gentleman.Thank you so much!
