Terrible service
My mom policy number 000975896 and claim no, 0000088490. I have sent in all information you have requested twice. You have told me you never received it. I use to work for an insurance co. and have never had these problems before. Her other insurance check came within a month, without all these forms and mess ups. I will be sending this information to the Va. Insurance commision. You put people on hold for 30 min. and still are no help.

Review: I was in a rehab facility due to weakness and pain issues. During this period I was diagnosed from everything from H-polori to Parkinson's. I lost over 40 pounds in 28 days, was on 30 different medications. During this time, my son obtained a POA and then proceeded to take all my money out of the bank, change my life insurance policy into his name. After I spent a week in the hospital and regained my senses by getting off of all the medications (I now take 1 medication for high blood pressure and that is the only thing wrong with me), I proceeded to null and void the POA to my son and make myself POA. I took my money back to my bank and everything (I think)has been take care of EXCEPT this insurance policy. They will not talk to me as my son has sole ownership, they have ignored the POA nullifying the previous POA from my son, they will not return my policy to my name. I have warned them that talking to my son about my medical affairs was a HIPAA violation and requested they immediately return the policy into my name for the full $25,000. They have chosen to ignore me. Please help.Desired Settlement: Change the ownership of this policy to my name. After all, I paid on it 15 years. Do not discuss this with anyone except myself or I will consider it a privacy violation.
