RE: complaint #*** Revdex.com reported on 6/10/that Universal Windows Direct (UWD) would get back with me to set up a time to install the vents. UWD did not call me, but on 6/21/I called them, and my sales repo Brandon told me the saga from their end, and said I was next on their list to have my issues taken care of.On 6/28/Mike came out and fixed all my problems, saying that their supplier bears most of the blame, at least after the first mess-up. All my issues are finally resolved, over six months after most of the job was completed

6/27=Called business and spoke with ***He said he has been in touch with the customer and his gable is in, it's the right color, and the job is on the schedule for Tuesday, 6/or Wednesday, 6/The siding repair for back door and front area will be done at the same time

Today Thursday, 6/8, [redacted] stopped by and offered a new contract that replaces the bay window to the correct size and install at no charge. The old bay window will be removed, and the existing trim will be used on the inside. Customer signed the contract and was told it will take 6-8 weeks to manufacture. Business will come next week to measure.

Revdex.com reported on 6/10/16 that Universal Windows Direct (UWD) would get back with me to set up a time to install the vents.  Revdex.com gave me seven days (until 6/17, I suppose) to declare whether I am satisfied with UWD's response.It is now 6/15/16 and UWD has yet to get back with me.  This is typical of the pattern I have experienced with them since December, 2015: they assure me someone will get back to me, and nothing happens.  The financing company UWD uses, BB&T, has also contacted UWD about my situation twice and have not received a response either.  BB&T says they will call again today.In addition to not receiving a response, I also worry that their plan is inadequate because it does not mention the other problems they need to take care of: no siding on the back door frame, a patch missing near the front downspout, problems with the siding on the pillars, and some of the siding that was installed falling off already.  All these problems can be rectified if they would actually respond to me and actually come finish the job and fix the problems.

[redacted] & [redacted] I am sending a copy of the contract  they  gave me the wrong size window and that is why the bay window is sticking about 3 inches past the soffit . the contract states the bay was to tie into the soffit not extend past the soffit  and gutter  so when it rains it will leak on top of the bay windows  . the bay window has a large picture window and 2 flankers widows  the contract stated 17 inch flankers and what was installed is 21 inch flankers so therefore the windows is extended by several inches and that is why  the bay window is extended beyond the soffit and gutter . we want the bay window not to extend beyond the soffit . the window company made the mistake not us we just want a new bay window  with the correct size installed and without the botton of the frame being cracked
