After charging *** and extra cleaning fee she sent me an email saying the house was cleaned before they left and that she left a generous gratuity for the cleaning personI did not initially find the comforter when I went to check the cabin but could see it was left a mess. When I sent my son out to clean he did find the comforter stuffed under the bed like garbage. He also said the cabin was left a big mess with food debris and drink spills everywhere, which included cheetos on the floor, in the freezer and on top on the refrigerator, the curtain in the bathroom ruined with brown stains, etc. In addition he had to lift a heavy stump out of the fire pit. Megan's group did cost me an extra cleaning fee and I passed it on to her. In addition the comforter they stuffed under the bed like garbage had a small tear in it from the bed frame. She claimed the house was left cleaned with the floors swept and that they left a generous gratuity. The gratuity was dollars and the place was a left a pig sty. I should have actually charged more when I discovered the tear in the comforter but I sewed the tear and just charged the $extra cleaning fee. And this was a brand new comforter so the tear was not there before they came. I am not going to refund the money and I do not want this guest to return to any of my cabins. I expect people to respect my houses
