Review: I purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry from the dealership as a used car. They gave me a valet key to the car. When I got home and tried to open the trunk is when I discovered I only had a valet key. I called the dealership, they told me to go to the Toyota dealership because they did not know what the car came with as far as keys/remotes. The Toyota dealership told me every Camry comes with 2 remotes. I called Shenandoah motors back and they said they would find out from the manager what they would do and we went back and forth a couple of times and they agreed to give me a key that will work all the doors. they sold me a car that that they knew nothing about. I do not feel this is right, I should get what the car comes with. I have spent almost $14,000 on a very nice car that I do not have a remote access to. I am very frustrated with there decision. Do NOT call this a complete sale if some of the parts are missing.Desired Settlement: Please finish the sale and make the car complete. I am the only one driving this car, I only want one remote. I do not need or want 2 remotes. Also before rushing a sale please do your home work so the next person is happy and satisfied unlike me.
