I am rejecting this response because:
It is untrue that I called and changed my order several timesWe had agreed weeks prior on what would be needed and there was no change from meThis man is unprofessional and the comment about he thinks the two people who missed the rehearsal dinner didn't mind proves itI have messages from him after I wrote my *** review where he is rude and yet again unprofessionalI know I will not get my money back at this point, all I want is for others to be warned that this man is a liar, unprofessional, and will cause stress and headaches for any work where you pay him

This is Shenandoah Rentals Official reply to *** **s complaintRegarding the delivery time not being metThere was no determined delivery time in the contractWe do many events every weekend and never set an absolute timeI told *** *** on the phone that I thought we would be there by noon,
and had she answered her phone the first time I called I would have beenI ended up doing another delivery first and then getting her fiancé on the phoneThe delivery was madeI did forget some chairs*** *** had called and changed her order several timesBetween that and an unforeseen breakdown that day the second delivery was made much later than I preferred it to beWhen the delivery was made there were no signs or suggestions of anyone being displeased with the serviceAs to why some of her family members missed the rehearsal dinner to set up the few tables and chairs she orders I will never knowThey seemed pretty content hanging out in the hot tub to meThis was one of the smaller orders we did all year and could have easily been set up in a matter of minutes, or easily the following morning since we delivered the day before the weddingI offered profuse apology to *** *** for the inconvenience, but did not offer a refund of her delivery because the delivery was made and it was honestly delivered at a discounted rate since it was far outside of our delivery range in the first placeWe also have a firm "no refund" policy which is clearly outlined in our contractAs for not answering calls unless they were from an unknown number, that's an absurd statement because frankly in our business every call is from an unknown number and I wouldn't begin to know which calls to dodge if that were my intentWe are very sorry that *** *** was displeased with her service, but we stand by our high standards and have not had any issues out of our other customersIf you will go on to read *** ***" other reviews on *** and so forth you will perhaps come to the conclusion that some people are just not able to be pleased despite the level of serviceIf you want reliability, high standards, honesty, and friendly customer service we will glad to assist you in all of your event rental needsWe look forward to serving the Shenandoah Valley for many years to come.
