Review: After this company had bought out my local propane supplier, (I had switched suppliers because of previous billing problems with them,) I decided to go with another supplier and arranged to have service switched on September 16, 2013. I called this company and arranged for them to pick up their tank (1/2 full of gas) that day. I have called them each month since asking that they pick up tank and it is now January 21st, 2014 and tank is still here. This tank has been in my way for mowing and getting up leaves and also blocking egress to my back yard with my vehicle. I would not recommend them to anyone. I do not feel integrity is in their business plan.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this tank removed and refunded for the gas in it that I purchased from the company they bought out. I also believe they should not charge for pump out fee. I should be charging them for storage fees which I had given them more than ample time and also believe it is a safety hazard, but I will not if they respond soon.
