*** initial so that I could let her know that she owed money upon review of her account and I wished to resolve the situation so I could process the Security Deposit Disposition. After asking for the necessary paperwork from her bank, I was then contacted by her mother*** *** was not a guarantor nor a leaseholder for the apartment. As a courtesy, I emailed her back to try to get the necessary proof I need that the NSF checks had been paid by the bank. The first check letter was very clear and resolved that situation, however the second letter for the second check was not and I requested that a bank rep call me just to say yes or no as to whether the check had clearedShe refused to get them to call me and demanded the owner’s name and numberThe owner’s do not allow me to give out such informationI then explained as I had before that I was only discussing the matter as a courtesy as *** refused to handle her situation herselfAt such time,I also explained to Helen that she no longer needed to contact the office for anything and that *** would have to handle her own situation herselfOn the same day, I also called her bank and explained I did not want any vital information and that I only wanted to confirm that the check had clearedWhen I read the second note to the rep, he also stated that it was confusing and not worded properly for someone to understandUpon giving him the account number, he provided me with the “Yes, thecheck was honored” that I needed. I then emailed an explained that the bank was kind and gave me the info I neededOnly then did *** finally contact me demanding that a letter be sent stating all was paid in fullI responded stating a Security Deposit Disposition to that effect would be sentI sent the check and the disposition to the forwarding address that ***’s roommate provided when she handed in keys as is required of me*** was not present at move out or for the inspection. Her roommate *** was responsible and was present and took care of her portion owed. *** ***, the complainant, is a third party in this situationAt no time, did she have a lease or legal access to the apartment her daughter resided in with Shenandoah Village Apartments *** *** was at all times rude and abrasive concerning this issue, even when I explained I was just trying to solve the issue to process the Security Disposition. Thank you so much for your time concerning this complaint,
