Review: We hired [redacted] in December 2013 to photograph our wedding and engagement photos. We purchase the Customized 2012 Collection C. This included 6 hours of wedding coverage, 1 hour engagement shoot, web proof gallery, digital images, a 10X10 photo album (worth $1600), and travel fees. The price for this package came out to be $3625.05. We have not received the one item he was to order (the album). We submitted our approval of the wedding album in September, 2013 and never heard from [redacted] or received the album. We contacted him in early November and he said that he must have missed it. He proceeded to tell us that he was going to order the album and it would be here in 2-4 weeks. We haven't heard from him since. After numerous phone calls and emails over the last month, he still hasn't responded to any of them. He doesn't answer his phone either. He has not replied to let us know that status of the item we purchased. We were married in June 2013 and still do not have our wedding album nor do we know if we will ever get it.Desired Settlement: We first and foremost would like to receive our wedding album. If that is not possible, we would like to be refunded the value of the wedding album ($1600)

I delivered [redacted] and [redacted] album on January 25th, 2014. The delay in responses to them between late October and Mid-January was do to an illness to me as my business is solely ran by myself. Below is a description of what I went through late last year into this year -

Review: [redacted] of Shepard Photography was our photographer for our wedding in August 2012. He did a fine job on the pictures and gave us the flash drive with images a few months after. He has not responded to any emails, phone calls, website and facebook messages, or even when we left him a note at his studio. We have called and emailed many times and have documentation of it as well. It has been over a year since our wedding and he has not even replied to us to let us know what the status is on the album and metal print.

Review: We signed a contract with [redacted] Shepard Photography for wedding pictures including an album. We were married in April of 2012. I contacted [redacted] in October to finish our album, we notified [redacted] via email of our delay in selecting our photos for our album. He indicated he was fine with the delay. In October 2012 we selected our pictures for our album and he emailed back on November 1, 2012, indicating that he would have our album back within a week. That was the last we ever heard of him. I have emailed him three times and have called him several times. No responses whatsoever. I have sent him a certified letter and have not received any responses back from him. The album credit is worth $1,200.00 and we would like our money back or our album.Desired Settlement: We would like our money refunded however are willing to accept our album, if and only he provides it within a time frame that is reasonable. We have waited since October and are not willing to wait any longer.

Review: We hired [redacted] on November 19, 2012 to photograph our wedding on June 1st, 2013. We paid him $3,700.12 for a wedding package which included: 1 hour of wedding coverage, a 16 x 20 print, a 10x10 flush mount album, 1 hour for engagement photos, and our proofs on a disk. To date all [redacted] has provided was his 1 hour engagement session, 1 hour wedding coverage, and our raw photos via his website. For months after the wedding he would not return any of my phone calls or emails. I then got an email from [redacted] on March 25, 2014 explaining he had been ill and he was sorry for not getting back to me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then we didn't hear from him until the end of April, 2014. He asked if we had received the proofs for our wedding album, but we never received them. Since then I have emailed him repeatedly and he does not respond. My wife and I are worried that we will never see our wedding album that we paid so much for.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that [redacted] immediately deliver our:1x 16x20 print, 1x 10x10 flush mounted album, 1x Final Images on disk
