I had a Dell LapTop that I had Shepard Technologies work on for meNot only did he do exactly what I needed but he took the extra time to check additional things for me AND found a problem that he quickly resolvedMrShepard was extremely understanding and he understood what I wanted and neededHe was very nice and very professionalHe came to my place of work and picked up the computer from meIf I have additional needs for computers I will call on them again
