We owned a Kinetico reverse osmosis water filter Ksince 2009, one day (4/28/16) we came home from work to find a water leak coming from the filter, our kitchen cabinets, walls and wood flooring were completely wet I called Kinetico Corporate (with Jessie) and they said to contact MY insurance company to pay for the damages if I wanted to expedite the process, I indicated that’s not what I was looking for, we think Kinetico is responsible for the damages and they should pay for them, he then told me to call Kinetico AZ When I talked to the local manager Mike Mhe wasn’t sure their system was responsible from itdays later, they finally sent someone in, without even looking at the filter, he started blaming us for changing the filters ourselves, and the timeline of when the filters were changedIf changing the filters was such a difficult task, why would they sell the filters to their customers instead of requiring professional installation? I PURCHASED A KINETICO WATER SYSTEM DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS THE INSTALLER SHOVED PAPER TOWELING INTO THE COPPER PIPE TO BE ABLE TO SOLDER THE COPPER JOINT WHICH I WITNESSED EVIDENTLY AN OVERSIGHT ON HIS PART AROUND JULY MY HOT WATER STOPPED RUNNING AT MY KITCHEN SINK I CALLED MY PLUMBER ABOUT THE PROBLEM HE REMOVED THE HOT WATER FEED AND FOUND PAPER TOWELING CLOGGING THE HOT WATER LINE I HAVE SAVED THE TOWELING HE REMOVED AS EVIDENCE THE COST OF THE PLUMBER WAS $ I FEEL THAT KINETICO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE $BILL DUE TO THE MISTAKE OF KINETICO'S EMPLOYEE THE PLUMBER SAID THAT THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY FOR THE PAPER TOWLELING TO BE INSINDE THE PIPE I HAVE CALLED KINETICO SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS TOLD THAT THE OWNER WOULD CALL ME TO DATE 8/10, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING

We love kinetico! The system is great and worth the money knowing we are using safe and pure water in our houseThey were very thorough and helpful with explaining the systems and were not pushy like some other water softener companies we have dealt withThe installation was fast and professionalThere were a few hiccups with the install but Dave our sales rep jumped right to fixing the issuesI recommend this company to everyone
