I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Larry Chris Auto on 6/27/for an interior detailI chose Larry Chris because they had done an amazing job on our last car two years agoThis time around we weren't so luckyI went in later that day to pick up my vehicleMy first mistake was paying them with a money order before I saw the job they had doneAfter I got my car I noticed multiple areas that weren't cleaned properlyMy back seats did not look like they were shampooed at all! Our back middle console was completely missed and dirty on the inside, our dash had what looked like Armour all drips dried down the middleAnd last but not least our middle console where I place my phone had a hole!!! A hole that was NOT there when we took it inKorbin was more than helpful when he said we are not happy until you arePlease bring the vehicle back in so we can fix the issuesAfter talking with my husband that night we decided that we didn't feel comfortable bringing our new vehicle back inNot only did it come back NOT detailed, it came back DAMAGED! I called back the next day and told Korbin that we would not be bringing our car back and that we would much like our money back to take the car else whereHe told me that I would have to talk to his boss Kendall Kwhen he gets back from vacation on 6/30/So he came into my work today and asked to see the vehicleAs I showed him all the things that were missed and the holeHe made every excuse possible rather than acknowledging the fact that his crew messed up on my carHe argued that the hole was "DEBATABLE" I then told him that we just wanted our money back and he told me that he's not going to do thatI told him that I had brought a lot of business for him due to a great experience the first time around! And my friends and family would know about the service that I had received today! He then replied with "then I will pull my funds from your bank" (this had nothing to do with me or my job, and I do not like to be threatened!) I walked away and he followed me saying "If you put me on BLAST, I will put you on BLAST!" I've never EVER dealt with anyone like this before let alone a business owner!
