This client has been overly abusive, non-responsive, and we have built his severely discounted website times He has refused to honor our agreement on time usage for this project and been impossible to work with I have not even heard from him in months I have completed every aspect of the project several times, which he does not like, and all of this he has received He has refused to pay for any overages even though they were agreed uponThis client is impossible to work with and taken advantage of my offer to give him a discounted project

First off this is absurd.  This guy even submitted a forged contract.  The contract provided is not the last contract I sent him that I signed.  That is the contract HE REVISED keeping my signature on it and then he signed it himself.  This guy is dishonest and taking advantage of my willingness to originally help him. I have never had such a terrible client in my entire history of doing this.  The contract signatures also have no proof of receipt, they were not done using an online contract signing service and they are not written by hand ([redacted]s) which makes them extremely easy to forge and unverifiable since it is a image file that can be copied and pasted to a new doc.  The contract provided was also signed significantly later from the time stamp when I signed it ([redacted]), indicating he spent time changing it before signing it himself.. again leaving the original digital stamp on the doc.  That makes it invalid.   As for the second round of contracts we never agreed on the terms and therefore only the original contract stands.  If I get some time I will look for the supporting docs, but I only have 30 min to respond according to you website.

E-mails from Mr. [redacted] to myself in May 2015 (which have been submitted to the Revdex.com) explicitly show that he and I did make revisions to the original contract, and each of my revisions were clearly communicated to him and subject to his review and final approval.  Mr. [redacted] agreed to these revisions, stating on Tuesday, May 19th at 5:26 pm: “…Just send over the payment and we are ready to rock and roll.”    Because we mutually agreed to the revisions, as documented in our correspondence, the contract was indeed valid. However, if Mr. [redacted] was not under this impression at the time the revisions were agreed upon, then I am even more disturbed by his request for and acceptance of payment—which was made on May 20th, 2015. By accepting payment for a contract he apparently disregards as worthless, indicates a serious lack of ethical responsibility.   Mr. [redacted]’ failure to deliver the professional services as promised has severely inhibited my own professional productivity and reputation with associates and investors who have awaited the launch of my brand’s website for over nine months.  Due to my developing suspicions regarding the ethicacy and validity of his company, I contacted The [redacted], which denied the legitimacy of his membership in contradiction to what he continues to advertise online. Furthermore, I have not been able to locate any verifiable documentation that this or any of his companies are registered businesses in the state of [redacted], aside from what I have found on The Revdex.com. Additionally, I am extremely concerned about the impact [redacted] will continue to have on my enterprise, as he has sent numerous e-mails indicating that he will “take down” my brand and slander myself and my business—which he indicated he has done on multiple occasions to other individuals.

[redacted] I have attached all of my supporting documents to my complaint with the Revdex.com which expressively outlines [redacted] serious lack of communication and business professionalism.  Please ask [redacted] to show you his supporting documents as I believe he is only trying to mislead you without showing any proof. [redacted] indicates that I have been abusive, non-responsive, and that he has built two severely discounted websites.  None of this is true.  Please reference my supporting documents and you will find that I have been extremely patient, professional, and completely responsive. My supporting documents are proof.  [redacted] response to the complaint I submitted expressively outlines his false claims. The services included the following: 1.  Build a brand new [redacted] Website including a fully custom intro page. 2.  Convert existing [redacted] into [redacted] (including illuminated hover logo effect). [redacted] writes that he has completed every aspect of the project several times.  This is absolutely false.  I have yet to receive any renditions of the artwork to the [redacted] Website whatsoever.  There has been nothing completed or even submitted in regards to the [redacted] Website.  The [redacted] was never completed.  The [redacted] was submitted without the illuminated hover logo effect which is the most crucial portion of the website.   [redacted] has acknowledged the incomplete portion which is referenced in my supporting documents, claiming the portion had been completed but was not submitted because it “gets in the way of working on the site” (please reference [redacted] October 14th and October 23rd email response).  [redacted] also responds in the October 23rd email that he will turn on the intro animation (illuminated hover logo effect) but it was never submitted. [redacted] uses the word discount as if he did not agree to the terms that are binding in the contract that he signed (please reference [redacted] and Exhibit AR-2).  The fact is, [redacted] agreed to do a certain job at a mutually agreed on price, as per the terms of the contract.  I have never asked [redacted] to go outside the scope without mutually agreeing to terms. The overage that [redacted] is referring to amounts to $50 which I agreed to, but I never received the completed services.  Moreover, I paid [redacted] a total of $2522.00.  $50 is an insignificant amount in relation to the work which was never completed.  The $50, mind you, was only agreed to because [redacted] had to involve his business associate or partner [redacted] to help him covert the original [redacted] into [redacted].   Moreover, he pawned the job to [redacted] for the [redacted] while promising to send over the animations to the [redacted] Website but the animation was never delivered.

This client has been overly abusive, non-responsive, and we have built his severely discounted website 2 times.  He has refused to honor our agreement on time usage for this project and been impossible to work with.  I have not even heard from him in months.  I have completed every...

aspect of the project several times, which he does not like, and all of this he has received.  He has refused to pay for any overages even though they were agreed upon. This client is impossible to work with and taken advantage of my offer to give him a discounted project.
