Tech 2U recommended [redacted] for my computer and told me the cost would be $I asked if that was the actual [redacted] cost and was told "yes, that is what we pay." Because I believed what Tech 2U told me about the price, I had them renew the [redacted] on my computer on different occasions totaling $In 2015, I decided to contact [redacted] directly for renewal of the [redacted] That is when I learned Tech 2U was dishonest when they told me [redacted] charges $when in fact [redacted] charges $lessI immediately called Tech 2U and asked why they charge $and was told it was for "labor rates." I let them know that was never revealed to me at any time and that they should give me a refund but they declinedI called Tech 2U again today to see if they would do the right thing and reconsider giving me a refundI spoke with [redacted] who said he was the "Operations Manager." He was very unprofessional and disrespectful and made no attempt to resolve the issueWhen I asked to speak with the owne

I contacted Tech U and had an appointment scheduled for 6-9-After a five hour window a tech showed upI in informed this tech of what the problem(s) wereThe desk top would not connect to the internet, when on line, it would freeze, shut down and randomly seem like someone else had control over the mouse The tech said the diagnostic search concluded our anti virus program was causing the problem and that he recommended we unable the programHe also said his anti virus program was much more advanced and currentHe installed his program for $rebooted the system and said everything was cleanHe had performed a "clean up" on the system and charged me $for this service plus the $ Three days later on Sunday June 12th the same problems occurredI called Tech U again and this time I blew a fuseI told them I could not wait another hours for a tech to arrive They scheduled one for the following Thursday (June 16th) with an hour windowA famil

This company has been such a pleasure to work with My computer had a problem that would only come up sometimes and I took it into the store to let them try and figure it out The called me the next day after they found the issue, which turned out to be a stick of something inside that had stopped working They replaced the part, cleaned it up and gave it back and it's running better than it did the day I bought it I've already referred my nephew to them because of the great job they did

I originally contacted Tech u and January because I was having an issue with my computer turning off and not functioning properlyI told them all my issues and the guy asked if he could have contact with my computer remotely so he could look at the issue and let my know if my computer could be fixed and how much it was going to take to fix itHe was on my computer for a while and came on to the phone and let me know it was going to be around dollars to fix my computerI said wow that it a lot and was he sure he could fix the issue because that was a lot for my to spend on fixing a computerThe tech assured me the issue could be resolvedHe was on my computer for a good hours and called me to let me know that the issue had been resolved and there was a antivirus on itI said thanks and was told it might take a few days for it to clear up with the antirvirus that was put on it

We had Tech2U come to our home on August 8, to resolve a computer issue In the process of reviewing the problem, they recommended that we buy a new computer from them They brought the new computer and installed it the same day The service representative told us that if we were having any issues with it, to call him back and he would come and resolve the issue He indicated that there would be a day guarantee on the product and any problems would be resolved at no charge
We had some issues with the computer and called Tech2U to come out and resolve the issue with the computer "freezing" so we couldn't use it They came to our home on September 1, The service technician was only here for less than minutes and could not find anything wrong with the computer Then he told us that there would be a $service charge We told him that's not what we were promised and that the computer had a day guarantee He said that is only if the computer was defective
