Sheraton Atlantic City

Review: The room in which I stayed in while I was at the Sheraton hotel was completely infested with bed bugs from the pillows to the covers to the mattresses in both beds were completely infested. The general manager [redacted] was rude and careless to solve my issue refusing to refund my money when I had not even spend the night yet. All of my items that I brought with me from home and purchased in the area were placed on the bed prior to knowing this issue and could be infected. The manager refused to wash or dry clean these items expect for the one outfit I was to wear the next day only. I did not want to switch rooms because nothing guarantees me the next room won't be infested as well. I lost the trust and loyalty I had with this chain of hotels. This was horrible service as a hotel and horrible customer assistance. I will be sure not to come back to any Sheraton hotel properties in my lifeDesired Settlement: I would like my money back in the full amount of what I paid for the night. Also, I would like reimbursement for the inconvenience and expenses of having to wash/dry clean the products purchased at Atlantic city and brought from home which I placed on the beds prior to knowing they were infested since the manager [redacted] refused to provide me with these services.
