Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us After looking into your reservation and the avenue that you booked we can see that this was not a pre-paid reservation You booked through Booking.com, while this is a 3rd party website you do not pay them prior to staying at the hotel The credit card is placed on file to secure the room with the hotel, you are then responsible for the room and tax upon your arrival This is why you did not receive a refund as there is no refund due We apologize for any confusion and if you have any questions please feel free to call and speak with myself Kind regards, [redacted] Front Office Manager, Sheraton Gunter Hotel
