I recently stayed at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown on Aug23-25, My experience with the hotel was terribleWhen I arrived the sheets on one of the beds was dirtySomeone came in to change the sheetsOne of the sheets feel on the floor and she was about to put it on the bed until I said something to herShe then made the bed with clean sheets The room smelled like mold, it was dirty and the was visible water damage in the window No free WIFI as listed on the website I've been in contact with Sheraton's corporate office and filed a claimI was instructed to contact this company since I made reservations through youThen for *** to contact the Sheraton requesting a FULL refundI keep getting the run around from ***com I've filed a claim with them

We were attending a business conference at the hotel (Sheraton Downtown [redacted] Philadelphia, PA ***), missed the cutoff, and booked rooms outside the event room block set up to accommodate those attending the event To suggest the rooms were unclean would be the understatement of the year! The filth and disrepair of each room was brought to the attention of the hotel management, who ignored ALL requestsStaff entered rooms where "Do Not Disturb" door hangers were clearly visible, failed to provide wacall service as confirmed, and displayed a "We could care less!" attitude at every turn! My wife and I booked an hotel room at this hotel for a getaway when I arrived at checkout at my room was NOT ready so when I came back at I waited another mins finally I got my keys and off to room *** I went I opened the door to a club suite and was amazed at first but I proceeded to turn on the light switch no lights I walked into the bedroom no lights I walked into the bathroom finally lights I walked back into the sitting area none of the outlets worked the thermostat was broke and that’s just the beginning of the night from XXXX I went to the bar and was handed an over priced cup of pineapple juice with little to none tequila then off to my night the next morning I called downstairs for cream and sugar see because the coffee in my room had none no one came I called downstairs for a toothbrush no one came me and my wife checked out early despise being asked at 7:am what time were we checking out by house keeping who rudely opened the door

Bait and Switch at it's finest! This hotel is a DUMP! The D- rating from the Revdex.com should be all you needBut if you still need more convincing to stay somewhere else, then read the almost 2,horrible reviews on TripAdvisor! And if you choose to ignore this warning, then enjoy your dingy, cockroach infested stay!

I asked for a late checkout for 1pm
My significant other came early on Thursday Oct 11,
Around 11:am while being intimate we get knocks at our room door and didnt answer because we confirmed our clock on checkout ...the housekeeper used her key to open our door so someone we want expecting to come in our room while naked in the bedCatching us off guard, scaring us and totally embarrassing us
I have contacted an attorney
Because my safetySecurity and privacy was breached by the house keeper letting someone into our room causing lots of arguing
I want a full refund
I also want damages in the amount of $thousand usd for violation of privacy Rights, breach of my safety and securityas well as post traumatic stress from the embarrassment
I also would like any other remedies and accomidations the Philadelphia Hotel will provide for the damages caused

Review: I made hotel Reservations with the sheraton hotel. 2 different reservations were made for a total of 8 rooms in January. I contacted the sheraton 1 month before the date of the reservations to cancel the rooms. I spoke with a booking agent at the sheraton and requested they please cancel all the reservation for rooms billed under my cc name. They found 4 rooms under my name. He cancelled the reservations. This led me to believe all the reservations were cancelled. The weekend of April 28, 2013 arrived and I was billed 870.00 for no show at the Sheraton. The rooms that were left open were under my cc name but he guest name was [redacted]. When I asked him to check all names billed under me their search engine has limitations that don't allow customers to find names under their billing name. This means they can find names for cancellation under guest names but if you ask for the names that covers the credit card information they are limited in that process for the purpse of cancellation. However, when it comes time for billing they will find all the names for billing. I contacted the hotel to ask why and inform them of what I did. Their response was sorry. Lets investigate. They review the call and I spoke with the Front desk manager who informed me if only I mentioned [redacted] name the agent would of known to pull up the additional rooms. Even though I asked the booking agent to find all names that were under my credit card name its not their responsibility to find all the room reservations under my credit card. What I was told is their system is not set up to find rooms by credit card names. I spoke with their Corporate office and even up to the CEO's office and although I made every effort possible to cancel the reservation they are refusing to accept it.Desired Settlement: 100 percent refund. Will accept 50 to 75 percent refund as a resolution. Their policy should be under review. If I or any other person was a customer who was booking a hotel reservation for a wedding. If I had 30 rooms listed under my name as a hold. Each room has different guest. It would be a unreasonable expectation for that person to be able to maintain 30 names. The technology is present for them to be able to pull up all names for the CC reservation for the hold of the name
