MY ROOM WAS NASTY AND DISGUSTING. IT SMELLED, IT HAD STAINS ALL ON THE CARPET AND THE SINK WAS STOPPED UP AS SOON AS WE RAN WATER IN IT. BUT THE WORST
MY ROOM WAS NASTY AND DISGUSTING. IT SMELLED, IT HAD STAINS ALL ON THE CARPET AND THE SINK WAS STOPPED UP AS SOON AS WE RAN WATER IN IT. BUT THE WORST WAS NAST DISCUSTING UNDERWEAR LEFT IN THE BATHROOM IT MADE ME THINK HOW CAN YOU CLEAN MY ROOM IF IT WAS UNDERWEAR LEFT IN THE BATHROOM I CALLED DOWN AND ASK THEM TO REMOVED IT ... NO ONE CAME SO I CALLED BACK AND SK THEM TO REMOVED IT AND PLEASE RECLEAN MY ROOM I PULLED ALL THE SHEETS OFF THE BED AND TOWELS DOWN. UGHHHHH NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONALTHIS IS THE SECOND HOTEL WITH MARRIOTT THAT WE HAD AN ISSUES I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WAS CELEBRATING OUR Anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS RUINED AGAIN
I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A TWO NIGHT STAY ITS SAD WHEN YOURE ON VACATION TO CELEBRATE YOUR ANNI AND HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS

I apologize for the problems that you experienced at the hotel. I can assure you that they have been addressed with housekeeping. We pride ourselves in the level of service that we provide. This hotel was supposed to issue a refund for being overcharged to my debit card after my final bill costing less than what I gave them for a deposit. Instead of sending me a refund they CHARGED by accident the amount that was supposed to be refunded. I have called the resort however they will not let me get through to anyone with power. The lady there is arguing saying I wasn't charged and that it was in fact a refund. My bank told me it is a final charge, and now I am in the hole big time because of it!
Beware of their scamming of customers! They wont help when you call! I have now been on phone for hours with corporate, however they cant do anything until the hotel themselves get it together. Very horrible for a 4 star resort. This is something you would expect at a Motel 6.

Bloodstains and The Golden Rule!
As children we are taught to treat people the way we want to be treated. If you are seeking simple manners we assure you these simple principles are not found in this hotel.
With that said and as we embraced the idea of trying a new hotel chain, we became extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and customer service rendered to us during this first and last stay here. To make matters worse it's my monumental birthday.
Our arrival after a 5 hour drive went south when guest services assumed we knew how to access our room after sharing with her this is our first time on your property.
Long story hours shortened, 3 rooms later and blood stains on bed linen. A nonchalant response,
a leaking toilet a neighbor that had a music concert from 7 to 11. Reported at 9 with no resolution.
Front desk staff that repeatedly ignored our calls and concerns which I gathered they followed by example. We made several calls to the General Manager Suzanne H. that are still unanswered. We seriously have legitimate concerns and don't appreciate the rudeness and lack of accountability we have experienced. If you are seeking excellent customer service, value or respect,
don't stop here. Blessings to my wonderful husband for his continued efforts to make lemons out of lemonade. Sheraton we don't stop here and perplexed by your 4 star rating.
Mr. E. thank you for your empathy, receiving our front desk 12:30am complaint and resolving without delay. You used the simple rule which allowed us to finally fall asleep at 3am after hours of trying. Thank you!!

I have been off for the last three days. I am following up with guest today.
No excuses for bloodstains or lack of
Management acknowledgement. If one manager is out there should be a next level manager to address issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. There has been no follow up or resolution to concerns noted.
Seven days later and still no satisfactory resolution to a horrible experience at this hotel.
I met with guest personally in the hotel. We went through the problems and I apologized for the issues. I assured her that the bed linen was clean; however, stained. It should have not been put back in inventory. I apologized for the noisy guest, and that we do our best to control. I did assure them that we were developing a system that would inform those that complained that we had addressed the issue. We take noise complaints very seriously.
We compensated the guest with 25,000 Bonvoy points which is equivalent to one night stay or a certificate for our hotel. She wanted points. She then wanted 3 nights. I explained that we would only do one night. Marriott also in good faith extended another 25,000 points.
