Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am an individual not a big businessI have never dealt with bed bugs before so I took the advise of terminexWho told me that bed bugs are very hard to deal withThey instructed me the only way to be 100% sure is to treat the whole house at a cost of between $and $When I stated what my other options were they said to not bring any of my things luggage pillows blankets anything that was in the hotel room into my home until I wash everything in hot water and driedI took all my items that could be washed to the laundry mat at a cost of $I then had an issue of my luggage which could not be cleaned so I threw that away at a cost of $ The insurance Company offered me $I rejected that offer because I had $worth of losesI stated I wanted $(thinking I would settle for $750.00) The insurance company at that time cut off all contact with meThey would not return any emails or phone callsSo I tried to get this resolved by contacting the hotel which they would not return phone calls or emails eitherSo at that time I wanted a resolution to this matter and I stated I would put my experience on social mediaWhich after still not hearing from anyone at the hotel or insurance after several weeks I did put my experience on social mediaAll I ask for is my losses from this situationWhich I would not have any losses if the hotel room didn't have bed bugs Sincerely, Kris Stettner

to treat the whole house at a cost of between $1500 and $3000. When I stated what my other options were they said to not bring any of my things luggage pillows blankets anything that was in the hotel room into my home until I wash everything in hot water and dried. I took all my items that could be washed to the laundry mat at a cost of $92.25. I then had an issue of my luggage which could not be cleaned so I threw that away at a cost of $663.00.
The insurance Company offered me $500.00 I rejected that offer because I had $774.00 worth of loses. I stated I wanted $1000.00 (thinking I would settle for $750.00) The insurance company at that time cut off all contact with me. They would not return any emails or phone calls. So I tried to get this resolved by contacting the hotel which they would not return phone calls or emails either. So at that time I wanted a resolution to this matter and I stated I would put my experience on social media. Which after still not hearing from anyone at the hotel or insurance after several weeks I did put my experience on social media. All I ask for is my losses from this situation. Which I would not have any losses if the hotel room didn't have bed bugs.
