Review: The hotel overcharged us for the accidental charges on my card and then they charged us for the room even though the room was already paid for through [redacted] . They never contacted me for any of the mistakes they made. I contacted them and now I have to wait for a week for my one to be refunded after I have already waited a week as is. And after talking to the finance department , the associated didn't really seem to care about the mistakes they made.Desired Settlement: Now that I'm out of 250$ until my money is return.
