And a stained towelAnd standing water (photo minutes after shower)Other pictures will be shared with Starwood along with this hotel's response.2) Stating "This is a non-smoking hotel." fails to address the smoke in the hotel. In fact, an inability to deny that there was smoking on the floor and that the floor smells like smoke is tellingThe fact is, this is not an environment that is healthy or safe, and no one should be obligated to stay at a place with a Sheraton brand that represents itself with the following: "At Sheraton we are committed to going above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay possibleOur associates are dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service, be that grand gestures or thoughtful small touchesWe go beyond so you can too."
