Sheraton Suites On The Hudson

Review: On 08/03/2013, 6:50 am, we requested taxi for eight passengers. One of the front door service men at Sheraton helped us. After he contacted taxi, he told us there was no car available big enough for eight passengers, instead, the taxi company would send two sedan cars for us, but charge us as one SUV car price. We ride two cars from (A-1 CARMA LIMO, 888-666-4010, 201-333-666). At the end, the taxi company charge us two sedan’s price. I questioned the front desk service person at Sheraton about this, she did not help us to solve the problem, just let me direct talk to the taxi company. The taxi company said they will contact me next morning. I never hear anything from them about this matter. I feel that the Sheraton is a well respected hotel, and I expected your partner taxi company would be the same quality, but the service I received left me very disappointed.
