Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel

Review: I stayed at the hotel on Thursday, April [redacted]. I ordered room service totaling 118.00 dollars. The hotel processed the $118.00 they also processed an additional $33.00, $18.24 and $38.25. I've contact them on numerous occasions and was told the money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. To day I have not received my money. I think it is a bad representation on a company to take additional money from customer and not take the time to rectify the issue.Desired Settlement: I wasn't my money back immediately. And I will never stay at the Tarry Sheraton again.
