I have spoke to Legal Aide and I had them reviewed all my applications and was told that Ms*** *** could have done more for Immigration to except my letter, also I 've also spoke to another Attorney and he said Ms*** *** could have done more as well and that the Waiver for Mr*** *** was done incorrectly. Also, I would like to state in the Complaint that my husband *** did speak to another Attorney in Waltham, Ma and he said that the work that Ms*** *** put together was garbage……..she also put my husband wrong Birthday on the application as well so the National Visa Center is not recognizing the application

Dear Sir/Madam: Below please find my response to the rebuttal submitted by Mrs. [redacted] which I received from your office on July 22, 2017 by regular mail: “Ms. [redacted]’s claims regarding second-hand legal opinions remain unsubstantiated.  Further, any agency which lends credence to these unfounded allegations, in the skeletal form in which they have been presented, is irresponsible.  These unfounded accusations are simply an attempt to extract monies to which she is not entitled.  I stand behind my work;  I represented Ms. [redacted]’s husband diligently and zealously;  Ms. [redacted] has set forth no affirmative evidence to support her position;  and associated legal fees for my work for Mr. [redacted] were assessed in accordance with a legally binding fee agreement which the client executed with my office.” Thank you for your cooperation and attention in this regard.  If you require additional information please do not hesitate to contact my office. Very truly yours,  [redacted], Esq.[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

I am not looking to get monies from you, if the work was done right we would not be going through this I did speak with legal aide and another attorney who's been in the business for 45 years, and if you look at the application you did for [redacted], you will see that you put is Birthday down for April 20, 1980.......it should be April 2, 1980, how dare you say I am trying to get money from you.......you didn't even try you wanted me to do all the work myself instead of you helping me and tell me the waiver need to be 15 to 20 pages long from what I learn.

specifically on the substance of my representation of a client, her claims are false in various respects:  first, he did not pay $5000 in legal fees;  there are substantial filing fees associated with the various stages of immigration applications that the client is required to submit to USCIS for processing;  second, I worked diligently to draft and compile all necessary documentation in support of her husband’s applications, and those filings were as complete as possible in light of his circumstances.  Ethically I am prohibited from supplying client with a guarantee that they will obtain the legal relief sought.  Mr. [redacted] executed a fee agreement for my services and compensated me according to that binding legal contract.   I cannot respond to an unnamed attorney’s critique of my work;  it is hearsay, unsubstantiated and spurious. “ Thank you for your cooperation and attention in this regard.  If you require any additional information please do not hesitate to contact my office. Very truly yours,  [redacted], Esq.[redacted]
