After explaining to Mr [redacted] the limitations of his warranty we proceeded with repairs. The vehicle has been repaired to Mr. [redacted] satisfaction. Mr [redacted] paid for the repairs in full. Mr [redacted] did promise to remove the complaint but has yet to honor that.
