I am rejecting the offer as I am requesting a refund. When I returned the parts I told the blonde haired lady I wanted a refund and she said she would have to ask Ryan. He didn't seem to want to give my money back so I picked out the phone because there is nothing else I needed. When I got the phone hooked upit echoed I called *** and they told me to send it in and they would look at it or replace it. It cost me $to send it inI sent it in the original packaging and they sent me a replacement in a plain brown box. when I received the 2nd one it also echoed......called the technician .........he did all sorts of tests and then said he couldn't do any more...I was told then to either send it in again and pay $again or take it back to the store so I did(except the phone in a bag not the plain brown box I received it in.) I have nothing in my possession to account for the $that I spent at Sheridan Electronics. I want a refund. Sincerely *** ***

On Feb 5, 2016 customer purchased a cable and an adapter for her computer. The next day, Feb 6, 2016, those items were returned and exchanged for a new [redacted] Phone system. I, Ryan F[redacted] the owner of the business did the transaction for this exchange. At some point after this date the customer...

contacted [redacted] Customer Service about the phones. [redacted] replaced the phones with a new set.  At some point following the replacement the customer contacted [redacted] Customer Service once again to complain about the phones. According to the Customer [redacted] inform her that they would exchange the phones once again. She did not, understandably want yet another set of the same model. On May 25, 2016 contacted our store about [redacted]'s response and her wanting us to "Do something about it!" I have no control over [redacted]'s Warranty policies. She Brought the phones back to our store the first week of June, with no packaging and in a bag. Said she wanted her money back. I was out of the store that day. So she left the bag of phones and asked for me to call her. In the following weeks I left several messages with her staff. Towards the end of June, first of July, I finely spoke to her on the phone and explained to her that we followed [redacted]'s Warranty Policy and that I had no control over it. she went back to the exchange of products in February, stating I should have returned her money then. However at that point she wanted to exchange as she needed new phones anyway according to her. I told her that at this point 5 months later I normally do not return items like this and before I could finish my sentence,  she said  "[redacted]-it! Keep them I don't care." Then she hung up. I heard nothing after that until Aug 11, 2016 when I received her letter. I have been in Retail for 18 years, 15 years as an Owner. This is my only complaint of this kind. We return product on a Daily basis. And we have dealt with this particular customer since 2002 with out incident. Her treatment of our staff, and her language towards me is a first. Please see attached
