Review: On 4/*/14, I arrived at the Sheridan Hotel, ( an affiliate of Best Western Hotel) on [redacted], ( My stay was from 4/*/14-4/*/14) upon arrival I was not greeted however the front desk employee was training someone for several minutes before I requested to be checked in, Once I arrived in the room I found that there was no hot water, I called the front desk where I was instructed to run the hot water for 15mins which I ran for 1/2 hr, I went to take a shower to find that the water was ice cold. I called the front desk once again and requested a [redacted] which the front desk stated " that there was no one available", however the woman indicated that she would send down a handyman, when I returned later that same day, I again went to shower and again nothing had been fix, I requested a new room however the woman declined without even looking into the data base to see if anything was available. I was not able to shower on Sunday ( my last day) there because the water was too cold to handle. I attempted to notify the manage and called six times on 4/*/14, and again was told that there was " no [redacted]" only after threatening the associate with superiors did she put the [redacted] on the line, I informed him of the issue and he stated that he would reimburse me 1/2 my room which was $125. 00, although I was not completely content I accepted, the [redacted] instructed me to speak with his associate [redacted] and she would give me the hotel information so I could provide all my debit info. I obtained the address ( [redacted]) and sent her all the info [redacted] requested, ( date of stay, my name and debit card info) , I emailed [redacted] on 4/*/14 at 6:29pm. I than called back on 4/**/14 because I never heard back from [redacted] , [redacted] nor was the funds put back in my account as promised. I spoke with [redacted] and confirmed that I had emailed her the necessary information and initially she stated that she never received however recanted this after I confirmed by email address and had no exact answer as to why the funds were not reimbursed as her [redacted] promised that SHE could do, she requested to call me in 10 mins and again like all the other phones never called me back. Due to my fustration I was enraged and gave the phone to my friend she became enraged with [redacted] the [redacted] and he stated that because we were going to report him the Revdex.com he was not going to give me the refund back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the full 286.96 for my horrible stay, and would like corrective action against the [redacted] who [redacted] and [redacted] front desk who lacked professionalism, were neglectful, rude, and unresponsive to my concerns.

Review: During my stay at the Sheraton Hotel (July *) I have been bitten by bed bugs numerous of times. I notify the front desk on what's going on and the only thing they offered me was an extra seat to put on the bed. I looked at him and said are you serious I am bitten by bed bugs and all they can do is offer me an extra sheet. I said no thank you I would like my money back because I'm not pay for discomfort. He said I have to wait because his manager Is not in and that I have to wait until the morning and he would handle the situation, but for now I can only switch you to a different room. I said ok and I will be taking this up with him. Since Sunday I have not heard anything from the manager. I've called and called but still no answer from nobody all the front desk people kept telling me was a manager is not in he will call you.

Review: My complaint with this hotel is, that I check in for 4 hours and the front desk guy over charged me of a total amount of $136.00 dollars, when he supposed to charged $80.00 dollars.

This is happend on september [redacted] 2015.Desired Settlement: To have a honest business and not to rob from ther customer.?

Review: Hello my name is [redacted] and the nature of this complaint is that this hotel is very unprofessional I was at the hotel from march ** - ** I drove five hours to this hotel just to be treated like I was dumb and come to find out they were the dumb ones [redacted] who was the [redacted] for the day asked me did I have a reservation I said yes and told him everything he needed to know he swiped my debit card. And that was it by the time I got to my room is was nothing I asked for. This is where the problem came in at. I proceeded back downstairs. And told him he gave me the wrong room he then began to look at his computer as if I was lying. So I called the the booking agency and spoke to another person named [redacted]. He then corrected the reservation I was instructed to give my card to the [redacted] again. Then what happened next really made me hot. He over drew my account cause my card was coming up declined after he said he cancelled the card. When I looked at my account he charge me twice for the room and then on top of that I have 156 dollars worth of overdrawn fees. He used my sisters card because my card was being declined. I need my money back now. I think this is a scamDesired Settlement: I want my money back.
