At this time, I have been contacted directly by A Real Good Plumber, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

realistic reduction of the two fees of $1750 and $996. They decided to play hardball. Their response (see attached ) was to rebill her for the first bill of $1750, reduce the price on their second bill to $336.96 and breach the time-pay contract for the 2016 repairs, billing her for the balance of $1950, (See Attached) demanding she pay them a total of $4,236.96.Lillyan honors her commitments and will continue her monthly payments. I would assume if they continue to deposit the monthly payment checks they have no legal standing to breach her contract.
