Review: According to the Builder's Limited Warranty administered by Professional Warranty Service Corporation, this my AC should be covered.

"I. Mechanical Systems 3. a. inadequate air conditioning 1 Cooling system is designed to maintain an indoor temperature of 78 degrees Fahrenheit ... IF the temperature outside is above 95 degrees Fahrenheit cooling system must be able to maintain an inside temperature that is 15 degrees below the outside temperature.... WE will repair the cooling system so that it provides the required temperature."Desired Settlement: I still do not have working AC (after almost 3 weeks). I have changed my filter and have called and emailed Ryan N[redacted] numerous times over the last week to no avail. I live in a newly constructed house and have HVAC issues. Even when I first moved in (Nov 2012), Mid-Atlantic (the HVAC installer) had to come out to service the unit because my house was not heating properly and noted on the ticket that there might be a leak. There is clearly a problem with the unit itself that has nothing to do with me changing a filter (which Ryan advised). The manufacturer, Carrier, says I have a five year warranty that only covers parts, not labor refrigerant, or service. ProHome (warranty management company) says their warranty ended after the first year. Per the verbiage below [redacted] is still responsible and I'm being ignored. According to the Builder's Limited Warranty administered by Professional Warranty Service Corporation, my AC should be covered.

The homeowner who filed the complaint, [redacted], purchased a townhome from Sheridan Mews, LLC in November of 2012. She alerted us to an issue with her HVAC III June of 2014. While she was out of her warranty period at the time, we spoke with the homeowner further and she indicated that she had difficulties as early as February 2013, when she was still under warranty.When we were informed about this, we worked with our general contractor, [redacted] and their subcontractor, [redacted] Air in order to make the necessary repairs for the homeowner. All repairs to the homeowner’s HVAC unit have been addressed and her system is în good working order.
