Not a great experience. Spoke with a dealer for about a week. The day that I was leaving I called to confirm and the salesman stated sorry I just sold your truck. Not Impressed. Didn't even try to help find another vehicle.

My jeep has not been shifting right since February of this year (2014). It grinds and does not want to go into 2nd or reverse most of the time. It also clunks coming out of 2nd into first. We took it to the dealership and they ordered the wrong part (on backorder for 6 months), finally ordered the correct parts - stating our syncro's were going out, and replaced the syncros in Sept. The jeep is still having the same issues, but now the dealership is not recognizing it as an 'issue'. They say it drives and shifts fine, yet other technicians (outside of the dealership) clearly state the transmission is not working correctly. Sheridan motors has told us (John Koltiska - owner) that they will not be able to help us further and to take it to another dealer if we want resolution. We just want our jeep to shift properly...but instead we have just been close to tears of frustration. Do not purchase your vehicle from them or work with this business unless you want a constant headache.

A few weeks ago I spoke over the phone to a salesman by the name of Chris at Sheridan Motor Inc. about a Dodge truck, and I was told that this vehicle was in great condition with the exception of some very small dings. I drove great distance to get to this dealership and soon discovered that this vehicle was NOT in great condition, but in my opinion, very poor condition. I drove this truck and there was a loud "humming" noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmission. There was a lot of grease under the hood, and the transmission was wet with what looked to be either oil or transmission fluid. I later spoke to Chris Sutton about my experience, and he told me he would send a check to me to "make things right". I did NOT receive the check that he said that they were going to send to me. I called Chris S. several times concerning this, and he like a coward, he would not take any of my calls or return any of them. I spoke to John K. today (7/16/15) whom I believe is the owner of this SORRY EXCUSE for a dealership, and I can he in my opinion he is the most ARROGANT and RUDE individual of ANY business that I have ever dealt with. He offered NO apologies and REFUSED to send me the check. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
