Not a great experience Spoke with a dealer for about a week The day that I was leaving I called to confirm and the salesman stated sorry I just sold your truck Not Impressed Didn't even try to help find another vehicle
My jeep has not been shifting right since February of this year (2014)It grinds and does not want to go into 2nd or reverse most of the timeIt also clunks coming out of 2nd into firstWe took it to the dealership and they ordered the wrong part (on backorder for months), finally ordered the correct parts - stating our syncro's were going out, and replaced the syncros in SeptThe jeep is still having the same issues, but now the dealership is not recognizing it as an 'issue'They say it drives and shifts fine, yet other technicians (outside of the dealership) clearly state the transmission is not working correctlySheridan motors has told us (John Koltiska - owner) that they will not be able to help us further and to take it to another dealer if we want resolutionWe just want our jeep to shift properly...but instead we have just been close to tears of frustrationDo not purchase your vehicle from them or work with this business unless you want a constant headache
A few weeks ago I spoke over the phone to a salesman by the name of Chris at Sheridan Motor Incabout a Dodge truck, and I was told that this vehicle was in great condition with the exception of some very small dingsI drove great distance to get to this dealership and soon discovered that this vehicle was NOT in great condition, but in my opinion, very poor conditionI drove this truck and there was a loud "humming" noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmissionThere was a lot of grease under the hood, and the transmission was wet with what looked to be either oil or transmission fluid I later spoke to Chris Sutton about my experience, and he told me he would send a check to me to "make things right"I did NOT receive the check that he said that they were going to send to meI called Chris Sseveral times concerning this, and he like a coward, he would not take any of my calls or return any of themI spoke to John Ktoday (7/16/15) whom I believe is the owner of this SORRY EXCUSE for a dealership, and I can he in my opinion he is the most ARROGANT and RUDE individual of ANY business that I have ever dealt withHe offered NO apologies and REFUSED to send me the checkPLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP
