Review: This company continues to send me a bill for services that my insurance company has told them I have no liability for. I have contacted them along with my insurance company yet they continue to bill me.. no one at the call center will give me the contact information to speak with someone at the company that can help resolve the issue. I have called on several occasions and sent emails. the only answer I get is that they will reset my billing cycle. I have an eob from my insurance company stating they already paid this claim which I emailed to sheridan. I ha v e received no response but did receive another bill.Desired Settlement: I want this fixed asap. This billing is from 2012 and has taken up way too much of my time already.
Review: RE: Claim# [redacted]. On 6/15/12 I had a pelvic and vaginal ultrasound done but Sheridan billed me and my insurance company (Aetna) twice. I've been trying to get them to submit a corrected claim which would result in a refund but I keep getting the run around. I've been calling since June 2013. Each time I call, I'm given a different excuse for why the refund hasn't been processed and that there's only 1 person handling refunds ([redacted]). At first, she was on vacation for 2 weeks, then when she returned, I was told that it could take up to 8 weeks to process. I've left her a couple voice messages and have had Sheridan email her. They keep telling me that she'll call me back but she never does. When I tried leaving a voice mail today (9/18/13) her mailbox was full and would not accept anymore messages. How can this be resolved?Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund for the duplicate charges that were billed and paid for.
After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 10/17/13 she stated the customer and the company are both scheduled to get a refund within the next week or two.
