Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was able to use this "feature" (as you called it) until I got kicked out of my own broadcastI really appreciate and welcome that you at least can see that I was connected to the broadcast-servers, but my nickname doesn't appear on the "Live right now" list , nor am I able to type something into my own broadcast chat? I attached some pictures to get you clear about my side of the coinAs it would be a firewall or connection Problem I also shouldn't been able to send video signal while being in a room, or to have like cams open at the same time - so I can definitely tell that this ain't the problem as mentioned before it was working for like hrs (until I got visited by somebody called herself "CF-Live-Stream-Operator" | You even can see her on my Room-Screenshot, but she changed the nickname in the meanwhile) and since that very 1st Day I tried cf-live-broadcast it's like that nowSo maybe there is some information for you which helps finding that problemand as a hint: If you mention about firewall settings n stuff , you might attach the important informations about what to do to get stuff solved ;) But as a long-term user (you might even see THAT in your records I probably know about configuring my network Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] this is for long time ago I can't remember the dates this about the dates about the third party I try to bought it by my credit card but they told me that you blocked the payments from egypt so I cantacted my partner in turkey to buy one for my wife he even don't know what is camfrog how it is disabled for multiple use and I didn't sign in for years!! I am confused thank you and hope you resolve this for me because I found now that there is no more serial codes

Hello, We were unable to locate any correspondence on any of these dates, or in the past year regarding an issue with your Camfrog Pro serial code. We have several other support requests regarding other issues that were all resolved.Unfortunately upon further investigation, it appears this...

serial was purchased through a third party reseller, so we are not able to provide support for it. You should contact the person you purchased this product from directly for further support.Please also note, that this activation code was disabled on 04/15/2012 due to multiple accounts logging in simultaneously, which is against our Terms of Service and License Agreements, and as such, resulted in the serial being deactivated.Again, you will need to contact the person you purchased this from directly for further support regarding this serial, since it was not purchased from Camfrog.com.

Hello,   We have looked up this account information and found the activation/license code is valid and active, however is not currently being used by any member. Mr. [redacted] can activate his software using the license number provided ( [redacted] )...

Camfrog Video Chat Pro can be activated by opening the buddy list window, going to the main "Camfrog" menu and choosing "Activate Camfrog Pro" and entering the license code there.   Thanks, Camfrog Support Team

[redacted] It was so long ago now I no longer have the order email in my old messages anymore and if I knew the code I wouldnt be trying to get another...the nickname I used with the procode was [redacted]
