Review: 7 month contract to complete home is now in 18th month. Refuses to discuss a credit due in contract. Refuses to address remedies for errors in construction.Desired Settlement: To advise others of his business "principles", to see if arbitration is available, third party review of contract. Monetary settlement if appropriate.
