I would not advise anyone to use this company for inspection purposes The inspector left my home after turning a water valve causing the packing on the valve to leak I got home to a completely flooded bathroom because he had not properly turned the water off in the home after moving the position of the valve I called the owner and complained of this and after it was evident he was not going to make explanation for the event, I asked for his insurance carrier and license number He asked why I wanted them and I told him I was prepared to make a claim against his company for damages He replied to me: "Good luck with that" and hung up on me Don't use this business!!!
