I use Revdex.com for any business I decide to use, and I take it seriously When I first called this company, [redacted] was very inviting and respectful She also mention that my husband or I did NOT have to be present at inspection (since we weren't living there yet), so we weren't, and waited for the emailed report instead After the inspection of our new home, I had called with questions regarding the inspection, and she became so rude, I had to tell her I'd call her back because she sounded busy I then decided to email my questions instead, and share my experience here on Revdex.com while it's still fresh in my mind When I scheduled the appointment for our inspection, they wanted my email so that I receive the record of our inspection I had spelled out my email for her, but she never read-back my email to me to confirm that she had it correctly (foreshadowing that she did not have it right) Just in case, I gave her my husband's email, which she did get right She even spelled my name wrong on the report We also live an hour from the new home that was inspected Then we received the statement bill, here's the kicker: I assumed that they were very flexible because of their ability to email the inspection report to us, but They do NOT have a Point of Sales system to accept credit card (not even over the phone), They do NOT have a fax machine for us to quickly send them a signed copy of acknowledgement, We had to MAIL THEM a CHECK and signed acknowledgement, which would take a day rather than a few minutes of time It was such an inconvenience for us living out of town for them to be rude to us about questions regarding our inspection and with no ability to do any transactions via internet/phone Their inspection lacked elaboration, such as marking NOT satisfactory without comments, AND marking satisfactory BUT including comments on its flaws but no reason why it's still satisfactory It may be because of my inexperience, but that's why professionals are hired So, it would have been nice to read an explanation of WHY a detail would still be satisfactory Home inspections are rarely done for anyone, so I had expected to have a great experience with respect, flexibility and high professionalism from this company that offers so many services I have the impression maybe they lack personnel, which could explain the disrespect I received over the phoneUntil they decide to upgrade their business infrastructure, if you're looking for a better experience, go elsewhere

I would like to thank *** and Sherlock Homes Property Service for doing an excellent job on installing my radon mitigation system I called for an estimate and within a day or two *** was out to go over the process of installing the system and answered any and all questions I had The following day I received an estimate via e-mail and was able to setup a date for install The installation was very professional and completed within a timely manner I understand results are not typical but my radon level went from pCi/L to pCi/L, so I am very happy wih the work from Sherlock Homes Property Services I would reccomend their services to anyone in need of radon mitigation

I would not recommend these people! They are incompetent and clueless. The one person couldn't figure out how to light the gas logs in the fireplace and reported "several attempts were necessary" even though it only took me one time to show them. The other one can't tell the difference between mold and stone dust!
