I have been the one mostly helping [redacted] with her camry She purchased the camry on 4/24/with 64,miles on it She came in on 5/2/claiming the horn didn’t work and we told her that it was disclosed as not working on the disclosure she signed but still had a mechanic check fuse and see if there was power to the horn [redacted] then made another appointment for 7/1/(car had 67,miles on it) claiming she was seeing oil drops under the car so we did the repair under our month, mile powertrain warranty that we include on all cars under 100,miles We replaced the Whole oilpan/crankcase assembly under warranty and did and oil change On 9/5/we adjusted the Harmonic balancer because [redacted] thought the engine was vibrating excessively and I agreed after driving that it was [redacted] then brought it back on 10/20/after vistiting a Toyota dealer (Andrew Toyota) and said that they diagnosed it as the balance shafts being out of time We took the car apart and did this job and every thing was fine as far as balance shaft timing (hour job) We found a bad motor mount and decided to replace of the motor mounts and see if that helps and it absolutely did and both me, the service manager and the technician drove the car to make sure it was back at operation I understand [redacted] s concerns but we really have done everything we could and I really feel like the car is good to go I personally drive a camry and that’s why I wanted to drive it also I told [redacted] we have done everything possible and are happy with the results We even considered trading her into another car but the loan balance is making that hard to do without a substantial down payment or a co-signer Ive attached the r.o.’s showing all the work we have done [redacted] General Manager The New Van Horn of Milwaukee [redacted]

I don't know what door ding the manager is referring too. The damage I saw on the car was over the passenger side rear wheel that appeared that some had hit something. I regret not taking a picture with my cell phone. This is the first complaint I have ever filed with the Revdex.com. I filed the complaint mostly because I didn't want the same scenario to happen to someone else. I really did not expect them to take responsibility, as obviously they are not. I just hope my complaint saves someone else some time, money, and heart ache. As I mentioned in my previous response the car I purchased is not perfect but the salesman was honest with me about all aspects of the car before I drove three hours to purchase it after this car did not work out
In regards to all the pictures on the internet with this car if you look at them there is some type of gloss or something to the pictures. I agree the pictures of the car are awesome, that is why I was willing to put a down payment on the car and travel so far to purchase it having not seen it. However, the pictures do not accurately depict the car
Obviously, it doesn't matter what I say the dealership is going to have their speculations. I am an honest professional person who expected that out of a used car dealership who at this point continue to make accusations about me having found another car prior to my trip which doesn't even make sense and to then now make statements that they hope the car I found was perfect, to me just shows their mentality about the whole matter

I appreciate your expressing how you feel the condition of the car was but Im not sure body damage is the proper term when the car had a door ding that was faint and cost us $to have paintless dent removal remove just like we said we could do while you wait but we never even got the opportunity. This car was on the Showroom floor and is a perfect carfax with only 27k miles on it because the prior owner didn't drive the car in the rain or snow (not even 6,miles a year driven) I had pictures on the website. If you go to Dentwizard.com you will see how easy and simple getting simple dents is and its no paintwork. Im sorry you consider that body damage if that was the case anybody that ever got a shopping cart dent or door ding would be in trouble. The salesperson was quick to give the deposit back because he felt as I did that you guys had already maybe found another car and were just wanting to get your deposit back.
I apologize again for it not meeting your expectations but I want you to know we would have done anything possible but you wouldn't give us even a minute to try. I hope the car you found is perfect and in the end you ended up with the right car for your family

Customer purchased vehicle and was promised assistance from the store to help fix a few issues with the vehicleThe dealership did offer the assistance
and fix some of the issues with the vehicleMonths after purchasing the vehicle the ac is not working; however it is a preowned vehicle and vehicles do breakWe are more than happy to fix the ac however the customer must pay her deductible of $We have had multiple days over the past few months with hot days and no complaint from the customer that the ac was not workingThe vehicle went through our safety process and the ac was working when she purchased the vehicleWe cannot fix every issue that comes up free of charge

Mr*** did come and see me a few weeks ago and I pulled the deal so he could better understand the situation he is in. This happens a lot
unfortunately when parents become a co-buyer for their kids. *** is frustrated because it sounds like his daughter didn’t keep up the insurance or payments and he was saying the car was involved in a crime and he doesn’t know what to do because his daughter wont get in touch with him on the matter. I pulled the paperwork on the deal and showed him that with the lender we went through (Santander) only has the customer sign an agreement to provide insurance and counts on them to do so. IF the customer does not follow through on the agreement the lender then has a right to put force placed insurance on the car. The state of Wisconsin sees the buyer and co-buyer as the same and holds both equally accountable. Mr*** signed documents through this process acknowledging his part on the loan and its unfortunate his daughter isn’t pulling her weight but I told him all he can do is contact the lender if he can’t get his daughters help or try to refinance the loan through a local bank or online with just his daughters name on it. We tried to do it that way but there must have been something in the way of credit that only gave us the option of having Mr*** on the loan also. I can easily scan and email these documents where it openly states that “you are being asked to guarantee a debt” and “you understand and agree that you are applying for credit by providing the information to complete and submit this credit application”. He did give us an application and a copy of his drivers license and signed all necessary paperwork knowing it was going to be him and his daughter on the loan. I had a good talk with Mr*** that day and hes stuck in a bad position with the car having been part of a crime and now his daughter not taking care of her half of the agreement but the loan is through an outside lender and the only way to get his name off of the loan would be to refinance it through another lender. If there is anything else I can do please let me know.

I am honestly baffled at this complaint. This Mustang is on our showroom floor and has 27,miles on it and perfect carfax with no accidents or bodywork. The customers showed up and yes they did drive hours to get here. Car had a faint dent if you looked down the side of the car and I told them I could have paintless dent removal here within the hour. They said the paint had some swirl marks in it. I didn’t see them either but I was going to have a second coat of wax put on with the power wheel. This car is borderline flawless hence why it was on the showroom I have no idea where they are coming from and something seemed strange the second they walked in like maybe they had found another car and just wanted the deposit back. To Whom this may concern,
I accept the offer to repair my air conditioner but what about the bumper that's hanging off with the white paint. I feel they should have replaced the bumper or cleaned the white paint off of the bumper.

I've activated this card and tried to use it and it was declined.  When I called the number on the card the recording reported...

that there was only $5 on the card.  I do not know why I am surprised with anything from this car dealership.  I wanted to pass this information on as well.
