I contactedd Paul from United Plumbing because I did not understand why Ms Fwho showed him a problem that needed fairly immediate attention Ms F told me he came but never gave an estimate and WORST that he did not call back with an estimate since he was recommended by anther Plumber, her longtime Plumber and very good friend Richard D I was BAFFLED becausr she later had Mr Ddo the work after she copied Paul's scope.Turns out he gave her a qoute..His voice and explanation are the ESSENCE of sincerity, expertise and Fairness.He assumed the work was not yet done and I went along with it so I could get the quote he gave Ms F in writing Paul would not have changed the tub and he would not have cut through the bathroom wall to get to thr drain in the garageThis DPlumber had no equipment for minor excavation so he did these excessive and nonsensical procedures at Ms F.s bidding so she could get a VAST kickback from Plumber Dis my opinion with proofs I told my spouse that we now have a Plumber for a cottage in Ft Myers and in Bonita as well...I have yet to meet.Paul but even before relocating to SWFL..We have the best Plumber in the area and that's a FACTWe will need a Plumber before relocating and GOD sent us "Paul"..I got ripped off so badly by Mr Dthat I am ashamed to admit Luckily I have photos of exactly what he did to proove I am telling God's truthFor ANYONE needing A PLUMBER.I AM recommending 101%, Psul from United Plumbing of SWFLYou wont be in good hands you will be in fair and knowledgeable handsSo from a horrendous experience God provided goodI could not travel to site myself not because I lived out of state but mote because my health and new medication benefits had not kicked in yet...not to mention the then side effectsI should have asked the tenant to undertake the project but Ms Fvolunteered in duvh a sweet voice and since the Plumber had such a close relationship with her...How can you blame me 100%Paul.I pray your Co thrives fold and you remain the person who took so much time to educate me ..albet by phone
Extremely positive experience with this company after several other plumbing companies let us down, like not showing up over and over again, giving extremely high estimates (times as much as this company charged for the same job) ***, the service manager, was outstanding and bent over backwards for us Really honest and great work, not even charging us for some other little things they did while here
