installedIn the mean time, I should have responded to Ms***'s requests more quicklyAfter speaking with our installation supervisor, we decided that in order to make a proper decision, he should inspect the carpet himself (he himself did not inspect the carpet on 5/7/15)I spoke to Ms*** twice on 6/30/and we agreed that our installation supervisor would come to her home the next morning at am on 7/1/to take another lookI received a call Tuesday evening from Ms*** where she stated that she would not be available the next morning and that she did not understand why we needed to look at it againShe also stated that Karastan was *** and that she was not interested in replacing it with Karastan carpetI am not dodging Ms***'s calls and I apologize for not coming to a conclusion more quicklyI am requesting again that my supervisor be allowed to inspect the carpet so that a final decision can be madeOur company is celebrating years in business and we have been a Karastan carpet dealer for more than yearsAgain, we apologize for this problem and are eager to resolve it
