I waited for *** to sow up on Tuesday morning as I stated in my initial complaint.*** never showed up,but called minutes after the appointment time to say he would be sending me a check for 79.00..which is what I paid for this service and that he would be putting it in the mail that day (Tuesday).I will have to except the and have the footprints cleaned up myself..which is what I planned on doing in the first place

I have spoke to *** and am going back out there Tuesday to clean the spots she's complaining about we are also refunding her half of her money? So not only will her complaint about the spots be removed but she's also getting over half her money back! I'm not sure why she still did this because we

I'm not sure what the problem is?? I did exactly what she said she wanted I gave her the refund for the full amount!! This customer just likes to complain nothing we purpose makes her happy !!
