My husband and I purchased a Bennche Spire from Sherman Powersports in Sherman, TXThe sales guy was very unprofessional, in my personal opinion, because he cussed and didn't seem to know his products very wellOnce we purchased they talked us into paying a $warrantyIn his words "you could wreck that and we cover it bumper to bumper." We had our UTV maybe a week and it wouldn't startWe called them and the sales guy said "oh we don't service Bennche here." I said "well then what good is the $warranty!" We have had nothing but issues with this UTV and nothing but issues with the sales peopleWe have our UTV there now to get an oil change, a new battery, and new headlight, and look at why it doesn't change gearsThey have it for weeksThey called us today and said it was ready for pick up$later we look at the receipt and see that no battery was ordered!!! So not only were we charged $for just an oil change, but they forgot to even order our batteryT
