We looked at the sizes on the clothing and realized the shorts are adult small and the pants are youth xlWe believe the wrong size was grabbed by accidentSherman promotions is a swim vender and should easily sell the pants to another swimmerAlso our receipt does not say as is, no refunds or exchanges Regards, [redacted]

We set up our booth with over different clothing items and print custom logos as ordered by the customer? We have several hundred different logos that can come in their choice of different colors and can be printed on different colors of shirts,hoodies, pants, etcin sizes ranging from toddler to adult 4x? When someone wants to place an order we ask what item they want and size and then hand them the blank to try on & check size? Once an order is custom printed for them we cannot take it back because the odds of selling that exact item again is very small? Because this is set up as a fundraiser for the host team we do not over price our merchandise to offset people changing their minds after it has been printed? We have signs up that say all sales are final? ? They ordered and received a youth size but then emailed the next day they wanted to change to an adult size? The item they chose isn't even available in adult sizes? ? I'm sorry if they didn't order the right sizebut unfortunately I cannot take the order back?

Ordered Sweatshirt at back to school night on 9/1/15. We were told would receive within a week. Tried effortlessly to contact Sherman promotions via phone (they never answer) and email. Only responded when I requested my money back. Did not receive for 1 month. When it finally arrived it was the wrong one. Contacted Sherman promotions via email AND phone with pictures of what we received and what was originally ordered. To date there has been NO response. They have ignored my request to exchange my item. They completely ignore emails and phone calls.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
