I have had Sherman's Auto working on my vehicles since before his shop was opened and he worked for his uncle I have never had an issue with how rapidly he has been to responded to me or how quick he has gotten any of my vehicles in, regardless of how busy he is He took the time to see what was wrong, and also what my concerns were I have had in the past other shops look at my cars(specifically my audi and my mustang) and they were astronomical with the repair fee(s) and also the "maybe" or "could be" were abundant! Told him or his employee's what was wrong, got a phone call later in the day or the next day depending on how late I dropped the car off and once I got the diagnosis, the price quote and told it can be done in a certain amount of time...I have yet to bring any back for a reoccurring problem!! Problem solved first time, and prices were competitive and much easier than a lot of the other shops in Sarasota/Bradenton
I also had him do a engine rebuild and suspension lift on my truck Not at the same time, but once again each time I was in and out in the time promised and the he beat the prices of a lot of the other shops around!
His shop is very clean and he operates very professionally He send out emails so you can have a copy saved as a quote or an e-receipt which is nice so you get a copy if you lose it Never had a problem leaving my car there or worry about anything happening to it!
Will I continue to have him work on my vehicles? You bet! Do I recommend him to others? Absolutely!
Also, who else has a customer appreciation BBQ and invites his clients and friends/family? Good food, and EXCELLENT service!
