summerWhen you reached out about the discoloration I was greatly concerned and brought out both the retailer and product warranty rep to your house so they could advise on what went wrongIt was determined by the warranty rep that both our installation and their product weren't the cause of the damage but that it occurred after we completed the job as you mentioned. I wasn't satisfied with this result and offered free labor to remove and replace all the effected areas to ensure your deck was 110% to your likingI haven't heard from you since but our offer still stands until the end of September 2017. Furthermore, I sent one of my installer's back to your house to meet with your wife on July 26/to review all items in person againWe brought a sample of the decking and covered it in the same adhesive a day earlier that you claimed caused the damageMy installer was then able to remove all adhesive from the deck board in front of your wife without causing any damage to the deck board which further proves we didn't cause the damage to it*** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

Hi ***,In regards to *** second response including photos of his deck we have nothing to update*** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** All documentation was phone conversations and an onsite visit with his wifeWe brought samples of his deck boards covered in PL premium and his wife along with my installer scraped it off clean without any damage presentThe adhesive he's suggesting dries in less then minutes and we left it on the deck boards for hours to confirm it wasn't usI will not be replying to any future communications from *** and this file has been closed on our end unless he wants to take us up on our offer for free labor but I will not agree to replacing deck boards that were damaged one week after he signed off and we left site

I will accept the free labor for the replacement boards on the west side of the deck for the PVC onlyThere is workmanship issues with this area as well but also a large brown stain from the installersIt makes no sense to fix a stained board, so I may as well get them replacedI would pay the material cost for the PVC only. Since the business is not taking any ownership with the other issues I cannot continue to argueI will keep trying to clean it offIm not allowing them to come back and tear up my deck and do another poor jobIm very disappointed that this went this far with no resolution other than me paying for more materialI just want the workmanship issues fixed and the PVC replaced which I will pay the material cost only
