Review: I filed a complaint in January 2015, I deemed it as resolved because I thought it would be easy to pick up the USB but it is not, as per our resolution the all the wedding pictures should have been placed on a usb in jpeg format. My husband went to this establishment twice the first time [redacted] was not there and I believe his wife was she claimed she knew nothing of the matter and suggested that we called before coming. We called a week later however [redacted] was unavailable again and no one at the business knew of this matter. At this point I would like the USB or CD to be mailed to my home address, my husband and myself have been getting the run around and it is inconvenient for us to continue to visit this business especially since the times we have visited we have not been helped,this business is out of the way, and I will be moving out the county in the next month. I have not be contacted by this business regarding my attempts to retrieve the USB or CD I believe I have given enough time between my wedding and my original complaint as it is now the end of March. I contracted this vendor in April 2014 for my wedding I did not receive my pictures until December. [redacted] claimed that he was doing special effects both my husband and I told him not to. He did them anyway and we do not like our wedding album. We never got updated by this business on our wedding pictures during the months of waiting my emails went unanswered . Additionally we gave in baby pictures to go into our wedding video and they are not in the video at all. We would like all the pictures emailed or we can bring a scan disk as that we can take the photos and get a different album from somewhere else . When I went to visit [redacted] on January * he ask me to wait 10 mins and I waited 30mins after which I left since he seem not to have any urgency to discuss this problem. Additionally at the wedding he charged fees to guest at the wedding to take their portraits as result there were fewer pictures of the grooms parents and of the venue.Desired Settlement: Please mail to my current home address scan disk or CD will all raw wedding photos I will accept email as well
