#1 There are 2 males that work front desk here... the front desk manager and the owner, and if neither are present at the desk, sitting in the back is not a likely scenario as there is nothing to sit upon in the laundry area and neither would be rude to a guest as it defeats the want of return...

clients and good reviews.#2 It is true that we have no elevator, our handicapped rooms are on the first floor for this reason, I reviewed both of the reservations in the system and no special requests were made by the guest for either room. We would have made done everything in our power to accommodate any health condition.#3 We have onsite maintenance and housekeeping if there was any issue with a room, we would have endeavored to make the guest happy. Any difference in pricing should have been addressed when the guest checked in at the time it was discovered.  #4 The Baymont Inn and Suites is in a smaller community but we still have 12 security cameras placed throughout the hotel, pointed at every exit, up every hall, etc.. locking the doors keeps people out of a 24 hour business but we are very secure nonetheless. #5 I do not know what the guest saw, but I have not seen mold in any room. Even when a room has an odor, the carpet is shampooed and the air conditioner is taken out o the room to be serviced. #6 Our breakfast on weekends consists of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, hash, 2 different cereals, 3 juices, mini muffins, 3 different kinds of doughnuts, 3 different kinds of bagels, make your own waffles, croissants etc.... but we unfortunately do not serve bread. #7 We employ a pool service company that comes in weekly and sometimes multiple times a week, to maintain both the pool and hot tub at our facility, Our employees check the chemical levels daily for the chlorine and the ph as well as making notes about the clarity of the water and temperatures.Unfortunately I will not be able to refund this guests stay amount.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It is apparent that this hotel owner has had this happen multiple times as he has an answer for everything. The thing I am upset about is the fact that I didn't take any photos to prove my stance. If there is not a refund on this stay I will just be forced to share my experiences with others and that's all I can do. I have shared this with the franchise so unfortunately if this hotel owner isn't willing to come to an agreement there is nothing further I personally can do. I just hope others don't go through this same experience and I will be sure not to stay there again.
