MY REPLY TO SHERRIN & ASSOC RECOMPLAINT ID ***Mr Sherrin's answer to my Revdex.com complaint reports phone calls & work done on my *** AuditHis reply to the Revdex.com is the 1st time I heard of this workIn fact, I never heard his voice till he called me after receiving my Revdex.com complaintThe *** deadline of 5-17-had to be met & I had no communication from Mr SherrinSince it seemed to me that he wasn't doing his job as POA for my audit, I did his job & sent my documents to *** in order to meet the deadlineThe *** responded with an amount I owed them, which I paidIf Mr Sherrin asked for additional time extensions, I never heard about itTo repeat, I NEVER HEARD ONE WORD FROM MR SHERRIN IN THE MONTHS I DEALT WITH HIS OFFICE, AS HE WOULD NEVER RETURN MY MANY PHONE CALLS OR ANSWER MY LETTERSRegarding my Tax return: I sent him all the documents I hadIf there was a document he required in order to file, he never told me & I do not know what form he referred toOn occasions, I had to send documents to Sherrin's office by overnight mail, as instructed by his office staffIt still seems to me that, regardless of his claims, these were unnecessary expenses for me due to his poor serviceAnd I believe I deserve reimbursement for both ($+ $22.95)By his claim, his charge for my return may be less than a chargeStill, his service was very poor & his communication was nilMr Sherrin's deceased father ran a well-oiled office & his service to me for years was faithful, prompt & thoroughFor whatever claims his son makes; for whatever reasons his son gives for trying to justify not honoring any reimbursement, the fact remains that the son never returned phone callsThe son never communicated with me about my Audit or my tax returnHis service to his client was more than poor; it was nonexistantI seriously doubt if the son could make the same claims if his father was alive & present, or if he was standing at his father's grave.Desired Outcome:Mr Sherrin failed to communicate or act in a timely way, so I incurred unneeded overnight mail costs: $on 4-to file my return in time; and $on 5-to mail *** documents to Sherrin, only to find it could't be delivered 5-as the ofc was closedOfc staff told me to send by overnight mail "anytime" but never told me of ofc closureReimbursement of the $tax return fee is in order due to very poor serviceI NEVER heard from Mr Sherrin till he got the Revdex.com complaint

I would like to respond to therecent response in regard t* ** *** I had called and left voice messages for information more than once, I had left one message that I was asking for the audit to be moved to a local office and had to wait for a response from the ***I received the information along with his employer reimbursement letterThe letter from his employer that he sent to the *** made it useless to move the case to local officesThe return was done according to information provided by the taxpayer and was electronically filedThe tax charge was for the form and all associated forms including StateThe audit was for the tax return, and there were no charges for the time spent on the auditI was delaying filing form for waiting for a response in regard to the form I am trying to explain but to go into detail, I will need to contact the *** *** ** *** and see how much I can say

I was faxed a notice yesterday in regard to *** ***. My side of the story is I had the return all prepared in early March except for a missing form I had let them know I was missing it and was told they would get a copy faxed to meI heard nothing and when *** called in
April I still didn't have the informationOn April 28th, 2014, a fax was sent to me from a Doctor *** *** office with a year to date statement for the first quarter of This had no information from on itI called and said I needed a statement showing figures reported to the IRSI have since got nothingThe spouse *** said she would talk to her husband and see if he could get a copy faxed to meThis happened 08/21/

I would like to give some information in regard to concern I[redacted] I had submitted the Power of Attorney and had time extensions put on so we could compile all the information needed. I call in through the practitioner hotline to speak to [redacted] representatives. I had then sent in a request to...

have the audit handled by a local [redacted] office. When an audit is handled on the telephone, I don't know who is in charge of the audit and my way to speak to them is to leave a message and. wait for a call back. I had faxed in a request to have it moved local and didn't hear anything until last week. I can't make the [redacted] move faster and the fact that they will not give me a contact name or number, I have to wait for them. The 2015 Federal and State income taxes were done according to what he had given me, and with all the forms involved, was charged about 50% of a normal charge. I performed a service and should be paid. The reason for the delay in submitting the return was the absence of income that should have been received but had no form showing it, The return was then submitted and if the form comes in later, may need amended. I wish he would have called before sending overnight. I didn't need it overnighted and should not have to pay for another persons decisions. I have had various calls and faxes to the [redacted] working on this with no charges. It has been approximately 4 hours or more.
