[redacted] is incompetent. Her secretary recently left, and we discovered she does not know how to answer a voicemail or check her own email. We had an IRS audit from 2014 that she prepared taxes on, and sent her the notice. Waited 1.5 weeks for her to finally respond, and she said it was no issue and would be taken care of before the deadline. After 2.5 weeks of no response from [redacted], we called and emailed her for 3 days before getting the response that her email has been down and she has not started working on our case.
